Control of a steel powder making facility, including ladle furnace, flash dryer, high pressure/high volume pumping
systems, annealing furnace, milling, and materials handling systems. Utilized Foxboro SMS DCS and A/B PLC equipment.
All engineering phases involved in implementing the system from equipment specification and selection to post start-up
support. Effort also included PC based process simulator for operator training and system testing.
